Our education is so important! I want to be here for you every step of the way. I will work with you and your family on the college search, selection, and application process. I assist with essays and can offer information on funding college.
I received my bachelor's degree at the University of California at Los Angeles. I completed graduate work at the University of San Diego in the field of Human Resource Counseling. I have spent many years working in the business world. My oldest graduated from the University of New England in May, 2020. My second oldest graduated from Western Washtington University in June of 2021. My son attends Colorado State University in Fort Collins and loves it! To enhance my knowledge in my field, I attended UCSD Extension in 2019 to earn my Certificate in College Counseling. I work out of my home in sunny Solana Beach, CA. Personally and prefessionally I have developed a specialty with the Financial side of attending college which I find to be crucial in my line of work, especially in today's world. I believe college is still a very strong choice for high school students looking to move onto their post-secondary education.
I am a member of several professional educational consultant organizations across the country. Each year, I attend a variety of webinars and conferences to better assist my families.
I try to visit colleges around the country as often as possible. I select my locations based on my students' lists. I find it valuable to know as much as I can about the popular campuses that many of my students apply to.

When not working with clients, I enjoy my family, gardening, Orange Theory Fitness, and hiking. My favorite thing to do in the world is to travel. Traveling to see my kids at college is the best! In my travels I have been to Europe, Africa, Canada and Mexico and Iceland. I hope to get to Southeast Asia, (the Maldives!) and many other wonderful destinations.
